The German-American Science Alliance on Precision Medicine and Cancer Prevention focuses on collaborative science between Germany and the U.S. The two countries have a long track-record of mutual research exchange, which continues to contribute to major scientific breakthroughs. The project highlights timely aspects of big data science across international boundaries, health care reforms, bioethical consideration of direct-to-consumer diagnostics, health disparity among underserved minorities, and precision medicine based on our individuality.
