Women in local leadership unite! The project promotes the exchange between female politicians on a local level coming from Columbus/Ohio and Germany. Participants look for common answers to central issues of democracy relevant for both countries. They aim at developing mutual understanding, innovative concepts, and best practices for attracting women to the field of local politics. A delegation of local female politicians from Germany travels to Ohio to discuss hot-topics such as migration, integration, and diversity.
