Olga Grjasnowa Reads at National Book Festival

German author Olga Grjasnowa presents her novel City of Jasmine (German title: Gott ist nicht schüchtern) at the Library of Congress’ National Book Festival. The book tells the story of two young people from Syria who, lives disrupted by revolution and civil war, are forced to flee. The two are separated while on the run but are reunited in Berlin.
