In 2012, the German Federal Ministry of Jusitce set up an independent academic commission to investigate the Ministry’s handling of its Nazi past in the early years of the Federal Republic. The findings tell a dark story of personnel continuity resulting in many laws being denazified only on a very superficial level and continuous discrimination against former victims. The purpose of this exhibition is to present the findings of the so called Rosenburg Files to a wide audience and raise awareness of the historical injustice that took place.
