November 9, 2019 marks the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, which served as a catalyst for change within Germany and Europe and throughout the post-Soviet space. Between October 8 and November 18, the American Council on Germany (ACG) organizes a series of discussions focused on this historic date.
